"Nutrition and SEO Success", continued, Substituting Ukulele Gifts

Ukulele gifts. Must be the circles I hang in. They aren't uke circles. I keep meeting people that need to work on the SEO process. Since I am constantly learning, I feel the need to post some new nuggets for them. Taking my own advice to post about what you know and like, I posted some blogs about Nutrition and Musicians. However, you need to sneak your "keywords" in your title, heading, blog and photo tags. This isn't so easy to do! And who wants to be interviewed if you are going to plug your product in their interview?

So what else can you do? Ukulele Gifts.

Create news for your company. An article I read said for small companies, "News Releases are like social media on steroids." This is all well and good, but you will also find that it is not all that easy to get in the papers and magazines. But when you do, you need to load your press releases with your key words, because there will surely be on-line copies. My newest discoveries are the following three ideas.1. You need to get onto free on-line directories. First local, then any other that applies to your business. There is Yahoo, Google, Yelp... You can google to find lists. See the list at this link. The more directories you are in, the more google crawlers can see that you exist.2. If you have a product to sell, get as many large on-line companies selling your product as possible, even if the profit is low. It will give your name still more visibility on-line, especially if it's a company specific to your type of product. People will search for the product origin.3. Lastly, there are cheap and free on-line press release companies, such as: http://www.prlog.org. Free up to only $10 to send your press release to numerous companies.I recently read, The McGraw-Hill 36 Hour Course, OnLine Marketing by Lorrie Thomas. There were the above notes, and also little things that you can do to "tweak"  your SEO. Like don't put your customer testimonials on one page - no one looks at that page. Scatter them through out your site. You need people to put reviews on your google map directory. There are even comments about specific ways to enter your linked-in profile. I believe I will read the book a second time.Ukulele Gifts, SEO Success%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
