BASS 1: Purchase on-line music thru sheet music search bar in footer of ViolettesbyBecky.com page, and we donate 8% to youth music programs. Just click on bar (at footer of any Violettes page) or search for violin, trumpet or quartet music or specific music...  ⇒⇒ ♥   ♥ ♥   ♥        Are YOU willing to pitch in?   〈Yes〉     〈 NO 〉BASS 2: This new program will be a combined Crowd fundraiser for a High School Music Program and the Violettes Youth Music Competition. We splet the 8% between the two. The initial year, high school music programs (youth orchestra and high school music department)  will compete for the proceeds. Proceeds from the first year will go to one of Violettes' local High Schools (in dire need). See how to participate in "THE GIG" below.BASS 3: Private Music Studios can participate too! The winning private studios will receive $200 in May of any year if a minimum of $5,000 is spent thru portal. Music can add up fast if we get participants! So please spread the word.

THE GIG

Violettes encourages you to order sheet music from your local music stores. However, we all order on-line sometimes. The BASS Gig will earn 8% from your sheet music orders if you order on-line thru the music search bar in the footer of the Violettes by Becky web site. We will split 50-50 with the winning school or youth orchestra program. The private studio funds will come from the Violettes Music Competition share. 

How do we know who wins? Hang an envelope by your door for copies of music receipts. Or just record date and amount of purchase in a tally. ***Put a student in charge to tally the receipts (from September 1 thru May 1) and email to: RMChaffee@comcast.net

***To make it clear, we need date and amount of each purchase and total. (Don't need to send receipts).

BASS 4: If you don't purchase music, consider starting an "All About that Bass" fashion fad in your town.  Purchase All About That Bass and Violin Purses and Gig Bags. Use the twitter handle: #BASSOpportunities   Students should tweet city, state, music group name or studio and even the music purchased.ADDITIONAL RULES:1. A High School Music Department, Youth Orchestra or Studio can not win 2 years in a row.2. It is probable that the winning group is the largest or wealthiest. Please consider this when you win, and think about choosing a less fortunate group to share your winnings with.
